Who we are

Meet Georgie

Nurse Practitioner | Rural Clinician | Founder of The Graziers Daughter Clinic

Born and raised in Western Queensland, Georgie Waugh understands the realities of rural life because she lives it every day.

With more than 20 years of clinical experience across emergency medicine, primary care and rural and remote health, Georgie established The Graziers Daughter Clinic to provide compassionate, evidence-based healthcare that is accessible, practical and centred around each individual.

She believes great healthcare should never depend on your postcode.

Experience & Qualifications

Georgie holds qualifications in International Business, Nursing and advanced Nurse Practitioner practice, with extensive experience caring for patients across some of Australia's most remote communities.

She continues to expand her knowledge and is currently completing a Bachelor of Laws, driven by her passion for improving healthcare access and advocating for better outcomes for rural Australians.

Her approach combines clinical excellence with genuine connection, ensuring every patient feels heard, respected and supported.

Beyond the Clinic

When she's not consulting, you'll find Georgie working alongside her husband and daughter on their Merino and cattle property in Western Queensland.

Whether it's shearing season, checking livestock or lending a hand around the property, life on the land keeps her grounded and connected to the communities she proudly serves.

It is this combination of professional expertise and lived rural experience that inspired The Graziers Daughter Clinic.

Our Philosophy

At The Graziers Daughter Clinic, healthcare is personal.

We believe in taking the time to listen, understanding the whole person, and providing evidence-based care that fits into real life.

Whether you're living on a remote station, in a regional town or a busy city, you'll receive thoughtful, respectful healthcare delivered with warmth and integrity.
